Does anyone know how long it takes for the new episode to show up on the CW site or iTunes?

.. my roommate and I don't have a television in our dorm room anymore, so we missed tonight's ep, and are going crazy!

Does anyone know when exactly the episodes go up on the CW website? I still have yet to see 3.14 and when I tried, it wasn't posted yet. I'm so disappointed! I want to watch so bad!
